Response times: We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2–3 business days. During busy periods (such as major AI product launches), response times may be slightly longer.
Tool submissions: We receive a high volume of tool submissions. We cannot guarantee a response to every submission, but we review all of them. If your tool is selected for review, we will reach out directly.
Corrections: We take accuracy seriously. If you spot an error in our rankings or reviews, please let us know and we will investigate promptly. Corrections are published transparently.
Partnership enquiries: We only work with partners whose products we believe are genuinely useful to our readers. We do not accept payment to change editorial rankings or scores.

If you are reaching out to request a change to a ranking or score, please be aware that we can only make changes based on evidence of factual inaccuracy — not commercial preference.
